FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION FORM  $           FOR  THE  2  DAY EVENT PLUS $200.00  Refundable  Security  Deposit,  ADDITIONAL  $         FEE  FOR STANDARD ELECTRIC,  GENERATORS  ARE  EXTRA,  CONTACT  THE  COMMITTEE FOR CHARGES.   A CHANGE  THIS  YEAR  ON  THE  FORM  INCLUDES SPACE FOR YOU TO WRITE DOWN YOUR FOOD MENU ITEMS AND THE AMOUNT TO BE CHARGED.    ALL APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED AS RECEIVED.  IN ORDER TO  NOT   HAVE   MULTIPLY   VENDORS   WITH  THE   SAME   FOODS,  YOUR APPLICATION  WILL BE   REVIEWED.    IF  A  PRIOR  VENDOR HAS ALREADY RESERVED  THAT  FOOD  YOU  WILL  BE  NOTIFIED  FOR  ANOTHER  FOOD CHOICE.
